daily tint: yellow

Yellow around the house! I was actually planning to go for green, but because I found Yellow flowers by Mama Mary, I switched to Yellow instead.

Happy Monday and last week of June! Already excited for July because it's Anton's birthday month. Wee!

bracelets

Look what I made yesterday!

Got up early for a meeting that ended up getting cancelled right before leaving the house, so I spent my morning making these instead. They're actually really simple to make, but very time consuming and tiring (my fingers were already painful after only making 3 due to all the tightening). The pattern is just based on a basic friendship bracelet I learned from a friend years ago, and I just inserted beads to make it look a bit different. Planning to make more during my free time, and if people are interested I'm willing (and hoping) to sell! Just need to work on trying to make the ends cleaner!

Happy Saturday!

daily prints: aztec

Ironically, it was my aztec print day(s) that turned out to have the least number of pictures. I expected to find a lot of these prints because nowadays, it's everywhere: on bags, tops, shorts, leggings, pouches, wallets, bracelets and necklaces. Unfortunately I didn't find much, and these are what I came across.

My bags, Chesca's bag, Thea's top, Nico's bag, and a Forever 21 top.

daily tint: blue

Blue everywhere! At home, Palms, and Mall of Asia.

I just realized that eventually I will run out of colors to post. I know it says "Daily" Tint, but I think I'd like to slow it down a little and not make it a daily thing.. probably only when I feel like it. I will also try out a Daily Print and make a print collage on some days.

Happy Tuesday! :-)

daily tint: orange

Inspired by Heodeza, I decided to start a daily tint. A little collage of things that hold the same or similar hues of a chosen color. For my first, Orange tints! Oranges from around the house.

Happy Monday!

d-day dinner

Part of what dinner was tonight. Japanese again! Initially my dad chose Omakase, but the family went for convenience instead and ate in Nishijin at Palms just so that we wouldn't have to wait in line for a table.

My Jap favorites!

Thank you for another delicious Jap dinner mama and papa bear!

ps. I really think we need to start eating different cuisines for the upcoming celebrations. I keep taking photos of the same food!
